For the first time in 25 years, Singapore will play host to top tennis players from Asia for premier tennis event, the Davis Cup. Organised by the Singapore Tennis Association and supported by Sport Singapore, the event will be held from 26 to 29 June this year at the Singapore Sports Hub.

The 2019 Davis Cup will be the 108th edition of the Davis Cup, a tournament between national teams in men's tennis. The Asia/Oceania Zone is the unique zone within Group III of the regional Davis Cup competition. The two winning nations will be promoted to Group II, Asia/Oceania Zone for 2020.

This will be the second time Singapore will be hosting the Asia/Oceania Group III event which will be held at the OCBC Arena. With an indoor environment, it promises to give spectators a unique viewing experience to grow the sport and to support their local heroes in Singapore.
